Zoran Drakulić is the founder and the owner of East Point Holdings Limited and the DSS'official, one of the most powerful Serbian people.

He was born in 1953, in Ljubljana, but from the third year he enjoyed his childhood in the old part of Belgrade-Dorćol. He graduated in 1978 from The Faculty of Economics of Belgrade University. The economy became his specialty.
He was an active sportsman, pioneer swimming champion, member of the national team, the president of water-polo club "Crvena Zvezda" in the period from1990 to 1993 that held the champion title.
He is one of founder of East Point Holdings Ltd with the basic company in Cyprus and the owner of more companies in the areas of milling and baking industries, and copper and brass mills Sevojno as well as the factory of cables. Also, he is the founder of The Serbian-American Center
/SAC/ that was founded in Belgrade in August 2002 in response to the recognition of development of the US and Serbian relations.
He is a Serbian businessman who has made a business empire in foreign countries. He financed democratic forces in Serbia and he came to Serbia in October 2000.

After finishing University studies, he got employed in the Commercial Division of Generalexport. From 1982 to 1989 he was the financial manager at Genex company Yugo-Arab which firstly operated in Lebanon. Because of the War it was moved to Cyprus and as one of first off-shore companies it covered Middle East business activities.
After his return from Cyprus, he worked at Genex Bank, and he held contacts with large banks and financial oranisations. In the middle of the 1990, East Point Holdings Ltd was established on Cyprus as the basic company.
It is an international trading company dealing with raw materials and the products from various geographical areas. The main trading activities: grains and agricultural products (wheat, maise, sunflower, soybeans), raw materials, semi products and the finished products from the ferrous industry (iron, steel), non-ferrous industry (coper, nickel), precious metals (gold, silver), oil and oil products, textile, timber... etc.
It has the technical know-how and experience to design, manage and build large and complex projects. It has been involved in the financing of large projects by the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development.

The group has offices at the folowing locations: Cyprus, Kazakhstan, China, Serbia, Romania, Hungary, Russia, Germany, Ukraine, USA, Bulgaria.

East Point Holdings Ltd. has owned a subsidary and maintained a representative office in Belgrade since 1990.Its business is mainly exporting of grains and non-ferrous metals and its semi-products. East Point Holdings Ltd took part in privatizations of the biggest producer of Copper and Brass Mills Sevojno, Factory of Cables Zaječar, as well as milling and baking enterprises.Also, it is interested in privatization of the RTB Bor mining and melting complex.

Mr.Zoran Drakulić is capable, active, skilful, courageous, active and honest man.
Despite huge obstacles, he is the winner in all situations. He had got used to relying on himself. His ideal was Mr. John Welch, from General Electric. He read his books about managment, he studied GE growth, how he organised business, business communications with the partners and how he adapted them to his own company.

His business success is due to several important factors – extensive experience and knowledge of the business and markets, very good personal contacts and long lasting relationships with his business partners.
He has the ability to be quick in decision making, flexible, effective and efficient with his operations and services. The most valuable asset is his relations with people and specific qualities such as intelligence, resourcefulness and motivation.
