I am working in Chamber of Commerce in Valjevo four years ago. The Chamber is non-profits, independent and interests organisation of companies, their memberes. In our country there is obligation for all registred companies to be chambers members yet. In Chambers organisation structure the authorities are: President, Chamber Assembly, Managing Board, Supervisory Board and Court of Honour. The companies from forthteen municipalities having their represents in the next associations for: Agriculture and Food Industry, industry, energetic and mining, trade, catering and tourism, buildings construction and non-metals industry, traffic and communications, comunal economy, banks and the other financial jobs and insurance enerpreneurship. Then become the next Boards: Board for Economic Foreign Relations, Board for Quality and Environmental, Board for Science and Technology innovations. There are Counsellors too as: Counsellor for education, Counselor for Management, Councelor for Continuously Presenting a Potentials of Kolubara, Mačva, Podrinje Region. I am working as secretary of Association for chemical, wood and textile, grafic, metal and electric industry and my task is to identify a main activities and problems in industries companies, trying to help them to find them a way for solving problems. As often as the members considering to need themselves we appoinment a meetings by aim bringing some conclusions which the Chamber sent to Serbians Goverment and authorities Ministries. Beside of my current activities I had worked on one very interesting project named : "Clean Technology Consortium-Partnership for Growth"and my Chamber try to getting finance from EU funds (EAR) based on him. The concept based on a discussion and collaboration among potential partners of project: Faculty of machinery and technology Belgrade, serbian Chamber of Commerce, Slovenian Environmental Cluster, Regional Chambers from Valjevo and Zaječar and Ministry of Science and Ministry of International Economic Relations. We had just three meetings in Belgrade and potential partners identified an opportunity to extant project consorium. At the end of November we will know a final results.Good aspects of my job are: possibilities for imroving a knowledge from economic areas (educations, trainings, workshops, meetings ...), introducing a many new interesting people, new countries, cultures, etc. We have very good IC technology equiped. There are no many empoyees, just 24, which could be condition for good jobs organisation. Bad aspects of my job are: There are many of economy problems in industrial companies which the Chamber tried to resolve them but in many times without understanding of Government and Ministries. The next problem is impossibility to delegate public functions from Republic to local authorities level.
