Mr. Zoran Drakulić is the founder and the owner of East Point Holdings Limited and the DSS'official, one of the most powerful Serbian men.

2. Background information

He was born in 1953, in Ljubljana, but from the third year he enjoyed his childhood in the old part of Belgrade-Dorćol. He graduated in 1978. from The Faculty of Economics of Belgrade University. The economy was become his particularity.
He was active sportsman, state pioneer and swimming champion, member of State representation and last trainee of its, the president of water-polo club "Crvena Zvezda" in a period of 1990-1993 that carried title of champion.
He is one of founder of East Point Holdings Ltd with basic company in Cyprus and the owner of more companies in areas of mlin-bakery industries and cooper and brass mills Sevojno and factory of cables. Also, he is the founder of The Serbian-American Center
/SAC/ that was founded in Belgrade in August 2002 in response to the recognition that the development of the US Serbian relations.
He is Serbian businessman that had made business empire in foreign countries. He was financed democratic force in Serbia and he gave back to Serbia in October of 2000.


3. Career Development

After finished University he employed in Generalexport in Comercial Division. From 1982. to 1989. he was financial manager at Genex company Yougo-Arab which fistly worked in Liban. Because of War its removed on Cyprus and as one of first off-shore companies its covered business activity of Middle East.
After return from Cyprus, he worked at Genex Bank, and he hold contasts with large banks and financial oranization. In tehe middle of the 1990. East Point Holdings Ltd established on Cyprus as basic company with seat in a Cyprus.
It is an international trading company dealing with raw materials and the products from various geographical areas. The main trading activities: grains and the agriculture products (wheat, maise, sunflower, soybeans), raw materials, semi products and the finished products from the ferrous industry (iron, steel), non-ferrous industry (coper, nickel), presious metals ( gold, silver), oil and oil derivates, textile, timber... etc.
It has the technical know-how and experience to design, manage and the build large and the complex projects. It has been involved in the financing of large projects European Bank of Reconstruction and Development.

The group has offices at the folowing locations: Cyprus, Kazakhstan, China, Serbia, Romania, Hungary, Russia, Germany, Ukraine, USA, Bulgaria.
East Point Holdings Ltd. owns a subsidary and maintains a representative office in Belgrade in 1990.Its business is mainly exporting of grains and non-ferrous and semi products from non-ferrous metals.East point Holdings Ltd took part in privatizations of the biggest producer of copper –Copper and brass mills Sevojno, Factory of cables Zaječar, more mlins and Mlin-Backery industries.Also, it is interested for privatization og RTB Bor.

Mr.Zoran Drakulić is capable, active, skilful, courages, active and honest man.
Despite a huge of obstacles he is the winner in all situations.He get used to rely on himself.His ideal was Mr. John Welch, from General Electronics. He read his books about managment, he studied its growth, how he ogranised business, business communications with the partners and he adapted to own company.
His business success is due to several important factors – extensive experience and knowledge of the business and markets, very good personal contacts and long lasting relationships with his business partners.
He has ability to be quick in decision making, flexible, effective and efficient with his operations and services. The most valuable asset is people and specific qualities as intelligence, resourcefulness, motivation.
